I choose to go to Fresno State because it is close to my home. I don't like to go out of town, because I like life here better. I also like the fact that it is cheaper than most of the other colleges with the same classes. I don't won't to be far from my family, so i can help them when they need me.

Requirements and Cost

If you want to go to Fresno State. You must have SAT of 1200 or more and a minimum of a G.P.A of 3.6 through you junior year. You can also be in the upper ten precent of your graduation. The charge for Fresno State is $2704 for full time and $863 per term part time. The average finanical aid package is $8026 and the need base-loan is $3702.You can have an average high school G.P.A of 3.28.

Applying and Benefits

You must have a high school transcript. The application fee is $55. The students can be in a lot of program at Fresno State. Like the student newspaper, radio station, and a lot of other thing to do. The students get health care at Fresno State, too.

Entertainment

Fresno State is located near a mall if you need some new clothes to wear. If you like to go hiking in the mountain. Then you should take the highway 99 until you reach Yosemite Park. If you like to wacth sports. Then you should go see the Bulldogs play at Save Mart Center.

Getting Around

If you are coming from Hwy 41. Then you must exit north. Then you should keep taking Hwy 41 until you reach Shaw. Then drive like 2 miles. Then you should be seeing the campus. And if you keep taking Shaw then you will see a lot of stores and restaurants. If you go down Shield, then you would see a theater call Signature and you can't miss it because you can see it half a mile away.
